Business:
- FDA Disaster Assistance Loans: non-forgivable, for small businesses [500 employees or less], low interest loan, must be paid back in full with interest
- Families First Coronavirus Response Act: 80 hours of paid sick leave for an employee, 80 hours of paid childcare for an employee, April 1 kickoff; will come through a tax credit
- CARES Act: also known as paycheck protection program, package encouraging companies to keep employees, can pay employees for up to 2.5 months, covers rent/interest on mortgage, utilities, cannot be used for inventory costs; forgivable loan, within 6 months it will be written off. Earliest estimate for filing for program is April 3. Local banks First Citizens and Wells Fargo in Fairfield are certified through the program. Must apply for loan through bank. Open to non-profits and churches as well. Those who are self-employed are not eligible to apply until April 10. Stipulation: must be for workforce retention. 75% of the loan taken out must have gone to payroll.

- Funds Available to non-profit partners of United Way of the Midlands (Impact Partners). Partners can apply for extra funds up to 10,000
- Funds available for non-profits through Central Carolina Foundation, through the One SC fund. Grant applications up to $75,000 to support coalitions are available, deadline is May 30th. Application is short and simple: 500 word limit.

- Fairfield Behavioral Health is still seeing clients through telehealth and over the phone. No clients are coming into the office. New clients are accepted over the phone or through telehealth. FBHS is able to assist with IT issues as well.
- Well Partners closed for two weeks, adult clinics were opened again on Monday only for emergent care. No clients yet at Richland clinic, very few on Lexington side. For existing patients if children have emergent care as well.
- Testing: Fairfield Medical Associates and Cooperative Health in Fairfield is administering tests and sending off the tests for results.
